About me
Sometimes you need someone who understands without judging.
My name is Michael Sommer, and I help people overcome administrative hurdles – without judgment, without time pressure, with full understanding for your situation.
Why I do this work
I've experienced in my surroundings how overwhelming paperwork can become. The fear of letters, postponing important appointments, the guilty conscience that grows daily – I can understand these feelings well. That's exactly why I also know how important it is to have someone by your side who doesn't judge, but simply helps.
My approach
Administrative problems often don't arise from laziness or disorganization, but from overwhelm, fears, or difficult life situations. I meet every person with respect and understanding. My goal is not just to sort papers, but to help you regain confidence in your own abilities.
My experience
As a Business Economist FH, I bring solid knowledge in finance and administration. As a SVEB I Adult Educator, I understand how people learn and how to communicate complex content clearly. My further training in conversation skills and crisis intervention help me provide the right support even in difficult situations.
How I work
Every person is different, and so is every situation unique. That's why I don't have rigid processes. In the first conversation, I listen and understand where you stand. Then I develop a plan together with you – one that fits your life and doesn't overwhelm you.
Sometimes a single appointment is enough to bring light into the darkness. Sometimes it takes several conversations and longer-term accompaniment. You decide – I'm there as long as you need me.
Understanding special situations
In my work, I meet people in all life situations:
- Support for young adults: During the transition to independence, I develop structures and systems together with them
- Senior help: Relief from increasingly complex administrative burden
- People in crisis: Sensitive accompaniment back to overview without additional pressure
- ADHD help: Adapted working style with short units and clear structure
- Procrastination: Understanding for blockages and gentle solution approaches
Cooperation with professional services
If you're already receiving therapeutic or social care, I'm happy to work with your caregivers. This ensures holistic support without duplications. My confidentiality is naturally guaranteed.
What's important to me
No judgment
Every person has their story. I don't ask about the why, but focus on how to move forward.
Your pace
Some need time to build trust. That's completely normal and okay.
Absolute discretion
What we discuss stays between us. Period.
Small successes
Even a single sorted pile of letters is an important step forward.
